We will typically ship your order within 2-3 business days (does not include transit time) from our Saratoga Springs, NY location. Unless otherwise requested, orders containing back-orders will be shipped once all items are available.
Standard shipping will be either USPS Parcel Select or UPS Ground Services, depending on your shipping address. Priority Mail has become too expensive to charge our customers. Instead, we prefer to keep your costs down and focus on quality packaging with recycled materials.
We will accept the return or exchange of any unused item within 10-days of the day you receive the goods. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be withheld from the refund. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to report your request for a partial refund.
When returning or exchanging items, please carefully pack the products back into the original packaging to avoid any courier damage. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
Upon arrival, please carefully inspect the full contents of your package. In the event of a breakage or incomplete order, please e-mail photos of the label, box exterior damage, inside filler materials, and damaged item(s) to email@example.com. We do not accept full returns of orders with partial breakages. Replacements are sent out within 24 hours.
Sadly, due to increased expenses, we need to raise our costs 6% on all goods, effective January 1, 2023. In order to continue to provide exclusive and beautiful designs, invest in inventory that allows us to meet your needs on a timely basis, and to develop new products, these increases are necessary.
