Eva Zeisel was a Hungarian-born American industrial designer best known for her ceramic work throughout the 1940s-1960s. A self-described "maker of useful things", Eva's designs are playful yet practical and were inspired by her own personal relationships and the natural world around her.

A Glimpse into the Life of an Icon
Working primarily in porcelain and ceramic tableware, Eva Zeisel’s pioneering work introduced her trademark sensuous curves to mass-production. Her one woman show at the Museum of Modern Art. (MoMA) in 1946 put her on the map. With over 80 years in the field, Eva was one of the best-selling tableware designers of all time and her highly-collectable designs changed the face of modern design.
